CANCELLATIONS    

A. We are aware that some times cancellations need to happen However we require at least 24 hours notice to cancel any booking type.

B. Cancellations on the day will need to be paid in full  

C.Anyone cancelling with less than 24hr Notice will be billed 50% of the cost of the Valet. .

D. Should we arrive at your property and the vehicle is not available the full charge will  apply . 

E. These policies reflect the fact that our time is valuable and your appointment may have prevented someone else from benefitting from our services. 

F. In the unlikely event that your appointment has to be delayed or cancelled by us, we will contact you to rearrange an appointment. We reserve the right to cancel all appointments without penalty to us. 

G. Unfortunately Due to time wasters customers wishing to take advantage of the detailing services will have to leave a non refundable deposit to cover the costs of the materials for the detailing services you have booked.
